Study Overview
Tissue homogenization is a critical biological sample preparation process where tissues are broken down and disrupted to create a uniform suspension, allowing for the isolation of cells, proteins, or nucleic acids. The gentleMACS Octo Dissociator with Heaters by Miltenyi Biotec automates this process for up to eight samples simultaneously. It combines mechanical dissociation with automated enzyme treatment in closed, sterile tubes, ensuring aseptic processing, high reproducibility, and minimal manual variation to yield high-quality cell suspensions and homogenates.”)
We prepare cell suspensions and homogenates from tissue samples we receive, which can be used for various studies, such as tissue cell culture, flow cytometry analysis (tissue lymphocyte subset analysis, tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) analysis, etc.), gene expression analysis, Simple Western analysis, and ELISA.
