Study Overview
We use the Simple Western System Jess (ProteinSimple), an automated system for checking protein levels in cells and samples.
This system is a newer and easier alternative to traditional Western blotting, which usually takes a lot of time and manual work.
With Jess, the whole process can be done automatically.
It can measure proteins more accurately than traditional methods and can detect very small amounts of proteins.
Because only a small amount of sample is needed, we can make effective use of valuable customer samples and provide results more quickly.

In addition to our contract service for protein expression analysis using Jess, we also provide custom-made cell-based assay services, allowing us to carry out consistent study from culturing various cells to treating test substances and analyzing protein expression.

Features of the Simple Western System Jess
Simple Western analysis automates all steps from protein separation, antibody detection, and data analysis, enabling highly quantitative data to be obtained with good reproducibility.
Furthermore, the Jess system we have implemented allows for fluorescence detection in addition to chemiluminescence detection, and by using the fluorescence detection function to multiplex proteins, you can obtain a large amount of information from a single analysis. Jess’s unique protein normalization method enables highly reliable quantification.
