Study Overview

We have a multi-well microplate reader that can measure fluorescence, luminescence, and absorbance. It is possible to perform a variety of assays, including ELISA for the quantification of various proteins, binding assays, molecular biological assays, enzyme kinetics research, ion channel and intracellular signal transduction assays. Furthermore, when combined with a fluorescence microscope, even more compelling data can be obtained.
