Study Overview
We have introduced the Simple Western System Jess (Protein Simple) as our automated Western blotting system. Simple Western analysis is a new protein expression analysis method that replaces Western blotting, making it possible to completely automate protein expression analysis using the traditional, time-consuming and tedious Western blotting method. Furthermore, it has higher quantitative accuracy than Western blotting and can detect even minute amounts of sample. This allows us to effectively utilize our customers’ valuable samples and deliver results in a short period of time.

In addition to our contract service for protein expression analysis using Jess, we also provide custom-made cell-based assay services, allowing us to carry out consistent study from culturing various cells to treating test substances and analyzing protein expression.

Features of the Simple Western System Jess
Simple Western analysis automates all steps from protein separation, antibody detection, and data analysis, enabling highly quantitative data to be obtained with good reproducibility.
Furthermore, the Jess system we have implemented allows for fluorescence detection in addition to chemiluminescence detection, and by using the fluorescence detection function to multiplex proteins, you can obtain a large amount of information from a single analysis. Jess’s unique protein normalization method enables highly reliable quantification.
