Study Overview
We use the MESO QuickPlex SQ 120MM (MSD), a highly sensitive system for measuring proteins and other substances in samples. Compared with standard ELISA methods, this system can detect smaller amounts, gives cleaner results with less unwanted noise, and needs only a small amount of sample. This makes it especially useful for measuring very small amounts of cytokines in healthy samples.
The system can also measure several biomarkers at the same time using only a tiny sample volume.
In addition to having a lot of experience with these measurements, we can also provide a complete service, from growing cells to measuring cytokines.
