Study Overview
The MESO QuickPlex SQ 120MM by MSD is a highly sensitive multiplexing platform used for measuring proteins and other substances. Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) is an advanced immunoassay platform that shares the core antibody-capture principle of ELISA, but utilizes Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) instead of colorimetric or enzymatic reactions. As an alternative to standard ELISA, it offers superior sensitivity by detecting smaller target amounts, provides cleaner results with significantly reduced background noise, and requires a much smaller sample volume, making it ideal for quantifying low-abundance cytokines.
Even with smaller sample volumes, multiplex biomarker detection is possible, maximizing the information that you can obtain from your limited sample volume.
Our expertise with this system, combined with the other services we provide, allow us to perform an entire project from growing cells to measuring cytokines of markers of interest.
