Study Overview
We collect RNA from cells cultured under your desired cell type and conditions, and then use DNA microarray analysis or next-generation sequencing to comprehensively identify genes whose expression levels change specifically under specific conditions. This is useful for exploring new pharmacological effects of test substances. In addition to comparing expression levels, we can also perform complex analyses on your behalf, such as classifying sample effects and examining relationships with phenotypes and pathways.
