Establishment and storage of primary culture cells

Study Overview

We can meet a variety of needs, from establishing primary cultured cells to investigating special culture methods such as three-dimensional culture and serum-free culture.

Establishment of primary cell cultures

Primary culture example
  • PBMC
  • Peyer’s patches
  • Spleen cells
  • Various neurons
  • Preadipocytes
  • Myoblast
  • Vascular endothelial cells, etc.

Cell and product preparation

  • High density culture (adherent cell culture)
  • Preparation of cells and culture supernatant

Evaluation studies using special cultures and culture systems

  • High density culture (adherent cell culture)
  • Serum-free culture, Hollow fiber culture, Custom-made culture, etc.
  • Studies using various cells spheroidized by three-dimensional culture
  • Transition of adherent cells to a suspension cells

Cell Storage (Cell Culture Option)

  • Storage in liquid nitrogen (1×106 cells/ml・1ml)

Important Notes Regarding Sample Acceptance

① We will only handle samples that meet the following criteria and are non-infectious and non-toxic:

  • Human-derived cells: Confirmed to be negative for HIV, HAV, HBV, HCV, and Treponema pallidum
  • Non-human animal-derived cells: Confirmed to be free of viruses, bacteria, etc. infectious to humans

② Please note that the establishment of primary cell cultures is limited to research purposes and we do not provide services for clinical use.

*Studies will be mainly conducted by those with doctoral degrees.
