Angiogenesis promotion/inhibition evaluation study

Study Overview

Angiogenesis is an important phenomenon for supplying nutrients to cells and tissues, and is mediated by angiogenesis-promoting factors (such as VEGF and FGF) secreted by cells surrounding blood vessels. During the wound healing process, it is necessary to supply nutrients to damaged tissue, so promoting angiogenesis is crucial. Meanwhile, in the field of cancer, angiogenesis has been reported to be important for the proliferation and progression of cancer cells, and therefore, efforts are underway to develop anti-angiogenesis drugs.

We have established angiogenesis evaluation methods using high-content screening equipment, which allows us to verify the angiogenesis promoting or inhibiting effects of test substances. We also have a wealth of experience in co-culture tests using multiple cells, and we will propose an assay system that suits your test objectives.
