Study Overview
This study uses a melanocyte-containing human three-dimensional skin model to verify the melanin production inhibitory effect of test substances, with the aim of verifying melanin inhibitors that are expected to have skin whitening effects and exploring new functional substances. Compared to planar culture, the human three-dimensional skin model is an evaluation system that is more similar to in vivo, and is a model that reflects intercellular communication between melanocytes and epidermal cells, and the transfer of melanosomes from melanocytes to epidermal cells. We also handle melanin production inhibition study using planar culture, and we can flexibly propose assay systems to suit your study objectives and budget.
