To verify the feasibility of using Olympus’ CM20 for cell proliferation and toxicity evaluation, we reported on the results of a comparison between the conventional method (WST-8) and the CM20 for two assays: “Anti-cancer drug (5-FU)-induced cell death assay in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells” and “Neurotoxin (6-OHDA)-induced cell death assay in human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells.”
