Histamine release inhibition study

Study Overview

When allergens (antigens) such as pollen or food enter the body, mast cells recognize them and secrete inflammatory substances such as histamine through an allergic reaction (degranulation). Suppressing excessive allergic reactions will alleviate inflammatory symptoms.

In this study, we measure the amount of free histamine using rat mast cells to verify whether the test substance has the effect of inhibiting histamine release.
