Study Overview
Atopic dermatitis is a skin disease.
It causes inflammation.
It involves itching, and the itching itself further weakens the skin’s barrier function.
This creates a vicious cycle.
This allows allergens and bacteria to penetrate the skin.
Normal skin contains moisture.
However, with atopic dermatitis, moisture evaporates.

In this study, inflammatory cytokines are used to artificially induce an atopic dermatitis-like state in normal human epidermal keratinocytes. By adding the customer’s sample to this environment, we test whether it has an improvement effect on atopic dermatitis.
*Studies will be mainly conducted by those with doctoral degrees.
