Study Overview
Atopic dermatitis is a disease caused by skin inflammation. It is accompanied by itching.
Damage to epidermal cells allows allergens and pathogens to penetrate the skin. It is also known to cause water evaporation.
In this test, inflammatory cytokines are used to artificially induce an atopic dermatitis-like state in normal human epidermal keratinocytes. By adding the customer’s sample to this environment, we test whether it has an improvement effect on atopic dermatitis.
*Studies will be mainly conducted by those with doctoral degrees.
