Study Overview
We have introduced the MESO QuickPlex SQ 120MM (MSD) as a highly sensitive ELISA measurement system. Because it uses electrochemiluminescence, it offers higher sensitivity, lower background, and requires less sample than conventional ELISAs, making it useful for quantifying cytokines present in trace amounts in healthy samples. Furthermore, multiplex measurement is possible, allowing us to measure multiple biomarkers with minute sample volumes.
In addition to our extensive measurement experience, we can also outsource the entire process, from cell culture to cytokine measurement.
