Real-time PCR (gene expression analysis)

Study Overview

Your desired cell type is cultured in the presence of the test substance. RNA is extracted from the cells, and the expression level of the target gene is measured using real-time PCR. We can also accommodate requests for multiple samples, such as screening, and high-throughput analysis.

You can also send us your own prepared RNA or cDNA and request gene expression analysis only. If you send us your RNA, we will convert it to cDNA and perform real-time PCR analysis. We can also design primers for you. We are also happy to perform analysis using primers of your choice.

Study Example

We measured the expression level of the NANOG gene, a marker of undifferentiated iPS cells.
GAPDH was used as an internal control gene.
