We will schedule a meeting either in-person or via web conference to discuss the details of your study and propose study details. We can arrange for a confidentiality agreement to be in place as needed.

We will discuss the contract details and payment terms before providing you with a quotation

After the contract has been signed, we will develop a study plan together with you, procure the reagents and set up the study. If there are samples to be tested, they can be sent over at this stage.

We will conduct the study according to the study plan and provide updates once results are available.

Once the study results are collected and acceptable, we will prepare a study report. Additional experiments may be possible depending on the situation, and we are open to discussing.

The study will be considered complete once the study report and other deliverables are accepted. If there are leftover samples, they can be returned or discarded upon request.

Is it possible to tour the facility?

Can the results from the study be published at a paper or a conference?

Since the study belongs entirely to the customer, you may use it as you please. This also includes publishing in a journal or a conference. If you intend to publish, we are able to provide support for paper submissions of academic conferences and patents.
