Vascular function improvement study using vascular endothelial cells
(antithrombotic effect evaluation)

Study Overview

Thrombosis, which can lead to strokes and heart attacks, occurs when blood clots obstruct blood flow. Antithrombotic factors such as PGI2, NO, eNOS, and thrombomodulin are able to improve thrombosis by possessing vasodilatory properties. This study determines if a test substance has the ability to prevent blood clots through exerting antithrombotic and vasodilatory effects.
