Study Overview
ChIP-seq is a method used to study how proteins interact with DNA. It combines a technique called ChIP with DNA sequencing technology. This method helps researchers find where proteins, such as gene control proteins and DNA-related proteins, attach to DNA inside cells. First, antibodies are used to collect the target proteins together with the DNA connected to them. Then, the collected DNA is analyzed by sequencing.
ChIP-seq is often used to study gene control and changes in DNA activity. However, the experiment involves many steps, and the results can change if the conditions are not carefully managed. To obtain stable and reliable data, we carefully check important steps such as DNA cutting, protein collection, and DNA enrichment before sequencing.
We also support data analysis and interpretation after sequencing. In addition, we can help plan experiments and provide custom analysis based on your research goals, including combined analysis with existing ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data.
