Study Overview
ChIP-seq combines chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) with next-generation sequencing (NGS) to comprehensively characterize the interactions between DNA and proteins such as transcription factors and histones. Using an antibody that specifically binds to a target protein, immunoprecipitated enriched DNA samples are sequenced using NGS, enabling comprehensive investigation of the target protein’s DNA-binding domain.
ChIP-seq is an important technique in epigenomic research, but it can be difficult to obtain consistent results due to the complex ChIP procedure. We strive to obtain more reliable data by confirming DNA fragmentation, immunoprecipitation, and enrichment of specific DNA regions prior to sequencing. In addition to analyzing and interpreting the acquired data, we also provide study design and analysis tailored to your goals and requirements, including meta-analysis with existing ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data.
