Study Overview
Many drugs are metabolized into water-soluble substances by the hydroxylase enzyme cytochrome P450 (CYP) present in the liver and are excreted from the body in urine (detoxification).
This study will verify the CYP gene expression-increasing and CYP activation effects of test substances using hepatocytes, with the aim of evaluating and searching for new substances that can improve liver function.
